Audition Form (Cast & Crew)

To be considered for a position (Cast or Crew) for Fall/Children's/Spring Show, complete the Audition Form prior to audition day.
This form is needed for you to participate in the show. 

  • Once the Director announces the show, you may fill out the audition form for that production.
  • You will not be allowed to audition for Cast or be considered for Crew without a completed Audition Form PRIOR to audition day.
  • This form is required for the Fall Show, Children's Show, and Spring Show for any student interested in Cast or Crew positions.
  • Fill out a new audition form for each show you want to be considered for.
  • Portions of this form must be filled out by a parent/guardian. Make sure your parent/guardian is nearby when you begin to fill the form out.

Students fill out this form to request scholarships for the following:
  • $100 Production Donation (Fall Show/Children's Show/Spring Show)
  • Up to $50 off of Festival Registration (CETA/ITS)​

Making Payments to RBV Drama

To Pay By Card*:
  • Click the “Donate” button below or on the website homepage.  Enter the amount you are paying and click "Donate with Debit or Credit Card". Be sure to list the student name and what the payment is for in the “+ add special instructions to the seller” section. Follow the prompts to check out. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use this payment method. 
To Pay By Check:
  • Make check out to “RBV Drama Boosters”. Ask Ms. Scott for a payment envelope and give completed envelope with payment to Ms. Scott. ​
*Payment by card is our preferred method as it eliminates the risk of students losing money on campus.
